Luke's introduction to the real estate industry began with a South Atlanta house he won for $7,000 in an auction while in college. This initial experience sparked a lasting passion for real estate. Luke explored various avenues within the field before focusing his efforts on land.

Throughout his career, Luke has been actively involved in the land acquisition process for a variety of projects, including multi-family, single-family, commercial, industrial, and data center developments. He has worked with a diverse range of developers such as Duke Realty (DRE), Heidelberg Materials (HDELY), Soluna Holdings (SLNH), Fischer Homes, Pulte (PHM), Greystar, Pine Grove Partners, and Southeast Capital Companies.

Although Luke has contributed to 100+ projects spanning from Florida to Kentucky and everywhere in between, he considers Forsyth County his home and lives in Cumming, GA on a small farm.

In both life and business, Luke believes that we should seek to glorify God in all things we do as 1 Corinthians 10:31 commands us, "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."

When Luke isn’t working on a land deal you can find him lifting weights at Cumming Strength and Fitness, working on the farm with his wife Elizabeth, or chasing game in the Chattahoochee National Forest with a bow and arrow.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Thomas Edison State University, is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, and is an Eagle Scout.
