ADMARES Selects Ware County for 2.5 Million-Square-Foot House Factory

Governor Brian P. Kemp has announced that ADMARES, a company specializing in industrialized manufacturing of buildings and homes, plans to establish its first U.S. manufacturing facility in Waycross, Georgia. This move is expected to create more than 1,400 jobs and involve a $750 million investment in Ware County.

ADMARES, originally from Finland, uses proprietary technology to mass-produce buildings for residential and hospitality purposes. The company's innovative approach involves robotic-driven manufacturing processes that allow for the construction of entire buildings in a factory setting.

Waycross, chosen for its strategic location as a transportation hub and access to major highways and the Port of Brunswick, offers competitive advantages for global trade. The construction of a 2.5-million-square-foot manufacturing facility is scheduled to begin in late 2025, specializing in housing sector buildings. ADMARES will hire for various positions, including administration, management, engineering, IT, logistics, assembly, robotics maintenance, and production.

The community of Waycross and Ware County officials have expressed their excitement and appreciation for ADMARES' investment and job creation, recognizing the positive impact it will have on the region's economy.
